Do Something EveryDay

In order to become more successful, it is important to continually
strive for personal growth. We need to keep pushing ourselves to be
better than the person we were in the past. As time goes by, we
need to keep growing in terms of our mental strength, emotional
strength, abilities and skills.

We all know this. So, what stops most people from actually becoming
stronger and better each day? What stops many of us from becoming
better at making friends, better at learning, better at leadership,
better at public speaking?

I believe the answer is that FEAR is what keeps us within our
comfort zone. We tend to want to keep doing what is comfortable and
certain than to attempt something that is fearful and hence
uncomfortable. As a result, we may never grow and become better.

For example, have you always wanted to be able to be a confident
public speaker? Have you ever thought that the ability to speak to
a group of people will make you a greater asset to your company,
make you a better leader and give you a better chance for promotion
and hence a higher income?

So, what has stopped you from becoming that great speaker? I would
bet that it was the fear of even attempting in the first place; the
fear of failure and embarrassment. When the chance came, you did
not grab it. You let it pass by and allowed someone else to take
it. As a result, you never had a chance to practice and become good
at it.

Well, I am here to tell you that to grow, you have to get yourself
to stretch out of your comfort zone! Do whatever frightens you (but
benefits you). I can assure you that once you take that first step,
it will not seem that fearful anymore. When your brain has realized
that you have not died from it, you will become even stronger as a
result. After you do it a few more times, the fear will not only
disappear, but you may even find it fun. Remember, that whatever
doesn’t kill you will make you stronger!

I can tell you that everyone feels fear. Fear is a god given gift
meant to protect us. It can be useful at times. Unfortunately, if
we don’t learn to control it, it will imprison us and harm us
instead. When I first had to speak to a small crowd, do you think I
was scared? Of course! So being scared is natural. The only people
who do not feel fear are those in the graveyard. The first time, my
hands were sweaty, my legs were shaking uncontrollably and I had a
million butterflies in my stomach.

However, I learn from a book that FEAR is nothing but a
False-Experience-Appearing-Real (F.E.A.R). It’s our mind that makes
it worst that it actually is. If your mind can do that, Couldn’t
your mind also make it funnier and easier than it actually is?

So, using NLP techniques that I had learnt, I visualized that my
audience had ants in their underwear and that a bird was pooping on
their heads. By changing the way my brain re-presented the
experienced, I started feeling humorous and less fearful. After I
finished that first speech, the fear lessened and the confidence
grew. With each talk, the confidence grew and grew and that is what
allows me to speak to a 5,000 strong crowd today with lots of
confidence.

You can do the same thing to! You can build confidence in any area,
as long as you take the first step to control your mind (learning
NLP really helps), stretch out of your comfort zone and take
action! So, think of a list of things that you are
afraid/uncomfortable doing BUT you know is beneficial to you.

Could it be a fear of….
Public speaking? Dealing with numbers? Meeting New People? Sharing
Your Feelings? Starting a project? Pursuing a new career? Going
back to school/university to learn? Leading a group?

Commit to yourself to do one little thing a day that scares you,
but will get you to stretch out of your comfort zone so you can a
little stronger day by day.

Integral Aspects of Success

Today I’d like to talk to you about
one of the most integral aspects of
your success

The truth of the matter is that the things
that make successful people successful are
in fact VERY easy to do.

Going to the gym for 30 minutes is an easy task
Spending 45 minutes sending emails is an easy task
Reading 10 pages of a book is an easy task

The “problem” with these tasks is
that while they are in fact easy to do,
they are also easy NOT to do.

You see Network,

It has to do with the fact that the above
mentioned tasks are not “life or death”.

Going to the gym for 30 minutes won’t make you skinny.
Conversely, NOT going to the gym for 30 minutes
won’t make you gain 30 pounds.

Perhaps that’s the problem. If the simple tasks
that yielded results carried more weight, then
we would probably be more motivated to do them

The key is to do these tasks CONSISTENTLY!

I know of a lady who made $50K a month in m1m.

She did it by cold calling leads 5-7 hours a day,
everyday for 18 months.

There was not ONE phone call that made her
business a success. Conversely, there was
not ONE phone call that “broke” her business.

But…

The consistency of doing her calls every day
for 18 months yielded an astonishing monthly
income.

So, let me ask you a question…

Would YOU call people 5+ hours a day for
the next year and a half if you KNEW that
it would yield you a $50K/month income?

Hmmmmmmmm…

Now I’m not suggesting that you do that,
I’m just asking “Would You?”

Turn 2010 Around

OK, we’re a few days into 2010 … have you turned
things around or is it back to “more of the same?”

It’s OK to be honest – here’s why:

Most “new year’s resolutions” are already broken
today – or will be by the end of this week.

So, if that’s you – you’re not alone – and it’s
obviously not your fault … the problem is that
this whole “resolution” business is broken.

If one of your resolutions was to get your financial
life turned around, listen up: it ain’t gonna’
happen with a resolution. You need a plan and you
need guidance.

The plan is stupid-simple, but it’s essential that
you follow it (there’s really no way out).

I’ll outline the whole thing for you in a second…

First, do you need this plan?

Well, answer this question and you’ll know
immediately.

When you woke up this morning did you plan your
day based on:

A. Things that ignite my passion and things that
are in the best long term interest of me and my
loved ones?

B. What I have to do to solve my immediate cash
situation?

If you answered A, see ya’ later – you don’t need
this email.

If you answered B, read on.

To get yourself out of “the hole” as it were, you
need to do 4 simple things.

They aren’t “sexy” or “exciting” but there’s no
way around it. You need to knuckle down and do
this stuff *now* unless you want to have that
monkey on your back forever.

1. Stop the Bleeding

You need to get in and find out where you’re
bleeding cash and put a stop to it – immediately.

2. Stop the Stress

Chances are there are several factors in your life
that are making your situation more stressful than
it needs to be.

Is your significant other stressing you out and
making you paranoid?

Do you have bill collectors hounding you?

You’ve got to get them off your back – and fast.

It’s quite difficult to make sound decisions when
people are stressing you out.

3. Get a Cash Injection

There are so many ways to generate revenue right
now on the Internet that are so easy, there’s
absolutely no reason not to give yourself (or your
business if it’s your business that’s in trouble)
an immediate cash injection. It just takes a little
concentrated action.

4. Refocus

Whether you’re fending for yourself or for the
survival of a whole business, you need to ask
yourself:

Will the thinking that got me in this mess keep
me out of it?

Probably not …

You need to figure out what’s important in your
life and what’s gonna’ make you happy. You are
obviously not doing something that’s making you
happy or you wouldn’t be where you are right now.
(no offense – we’ve all been there)

This process is pretty obvious and simple … but
hold up for a second.

It’s very likely you’re about to fall into what I
call an “I already know that” trance.

Knowing it is one thing. Doing it… Well, that’s
a whole ‘nother “ball of wax.”

So, you get it – why aren’t you doing it?

Two reasons:

First, the above plan has a few blanks to be filled.
If you start out on a plan like that on your own,
it’s quite easy to get stuck without knowing the
“where to now” details.

Second, you don’t have anyone to guide you through
the process. It’s tough going it alone…

Last year I took 7 “space monkeys” through a
turnaround like this and the results were pretty
spectacular.

Three of them are now business super stars.

One was able to throw together enough “scratch” to
leave one of the most brutal regimes on the planet
and move to a decent country.

The system includes a ton of hand-holding material

How To Create Big Duplication

Do you ever feel like you bought a business in a box, but that a few parts might be missing? You know… The pieces that actually make it go and produce?

Well, if you feel like that, it’s because you’re right.

Ray Kroc, the franchise master of McDonald’s was a genius in more ways than one.

A networking business has been compared to a McDonald’s franchise in many ways, on many occasions. If you haven’t come across these comparisons before, I’m sure you can quickly think of a few on your own.

Here is what you may not have realized about Ray, McDonald’s, and your business…

Ray’s primary mission was to sell McDonald’s franchises to franchise buyers, which then sell the burgers to the customers. More franchises = more burgers sold.

Pretty simple.

Our job as networkers is no different. We sell our franchise opportunity to others, and collectively market the product to the end consumer.

Here’s the interesting part to this…

McDonald’s food sucks. It’s about as far from good, fresh, quality food that you can get.

Yet it’s the largest and most successful franchise and fast food restaurant in the history of human kind.

How in the world is that possible!?

How can you become #1, by selling an inferior product?!

It goes against everything we think we know about business.

Well, this is exactly where the genius of Ray Kroc becomes apparent…

Ray knew the product wasn’t going to be the initial key to success for his franchise buyers, just as your product is not the initial key to your success in your mlm business. Having a good product is important after the fact… Once you actually have customers. Then it’s critical to give them exactly what they want.

The key to McDonald’s success with both franchise owners and customers, was their duplicatable system.

Ray knew his food couldn’t compare to the quality of other franchises. He also knew that potential franchise buyers didn’t give a hoot about McDonald’s or their burgers. What they did want, was to make money.

So Ray sold them EXACTLY what they wanted, which wasn’t a restaurant, but a machine that acquired customers, and turned them into cash.

He didn’t sell them the food, he sold them a system.

In fact the system was so fine-tuned, that you could take a team of unskilled, inexperienced high school kids, and have them run the show.

All they did was flip the switches, that ran the machine, which did the majority of the work behind the scenes.

The competition didn’t have a chance. Ray’s system was like a greased chute. You turn it on, and it churns out a predictable end result every time.

Franchise owners started buying and setting these machines up by the thousands, turned them on, and got the end result. That is why they bought McDonald’s and it’s inferior food over the competition.

As these machines popped up around the country, the end product to the consumer became more than just food. It became the predictable expectation and atmosphere provided by Ray’s magical machines.

And THAT is what McDonald’s provides better than anyone else in the world. That is their TRUE product to the consumer.
You go to McDonald’s because you know exactly what to expect. It’s a comfort for people.

So, as a network marketer, selling a business franchise, what are you selling to your potential buyers?

Unfortunately, you are probably trying to sell them on your company and your product. (A “mine-is-better-than-yours-burger-with all the trimmings”).

Am I right?

You have a ton of websites and material about your company’s history, their record breaking growth, their debt-free finances, the ORAC value of your product, the Physician’s Desk Reference number, the user testimonials… Blah blah blah.

Be smart.

Do what Ray did.

People get rich in this world by solving other people’s problems, and when you sell someone your opportunity, you are not solving a problem, you are giving them a bigger one!

“Congrats, you own the hottest networking business in the industry! (Slap on the butt), Now go get’em tiger!”

Product and comp plans don’t make you successful. Systems do. And when I say systems, I mean a complete system which includes the pieces that bring in your customers (ads), sell them your product (marketing), and then deliver the goods.

These machines (ads and marketing) should be doing the work for you. All you need to do is push the “Go Button” and become buddies (customer service, cashiers) with the folks who come through the system. Not because you are unskilled or lazy, but because a system is duplicatable and you are not.

It provides a predictable result.

Show them and sell them a system for attaining the results they want, and they could care less about ORAC values, price points, and competition.

Solve their problem.

Provide them with a system that will bring them the results they desire, and you will reap success beyond your wildest dreams.

Why do other networkers call my partners and I to join our team daily? Because we are selling them what they want: A system that produces results.

Easily get waiters, clerks and employees to ask you for a presentation with this sentence that attracts cold market prospects

I was at a restaurant in Mumbai with my friend, After ordering our drinks, My Friend
asks the waiter:

“Are you married to your job or are you open-minded?”

Everyone wants to be considered as having an open mind,
so the waiter responds:

“Yes, of course I am open-minded. You know, this
job doesn’t pay enough for me.”

Rahul gives the waiter his card and casually says:

“We’ll talk later.”

This opening sentence opens the door for you. Not only
will the prospect be more receptive to hearing a presentation,
your prospect will also try to give your presentation a fair
hearing.

What more can you ask for?

Simple sentences and questions like this will build
your business. Network marketing leaders work hard on
perfecting these sentences and questions.

Later in the day, Rahul and I were back at the
same restaurant. The waiter was still working. He was
supposed to get off work hours earlier. And he was busy.

In fact, he was the only waiter and the restaurant was
was very crowded.

When the waiter sees Rahul, he smiles. He knows
he wants to talk to Rahul. He is motivated.

So what do you do next?

You could set an appointment to talk to the waiter
when he gets off work. You could give the waiter your
card and tell him you will call later.

Or, you could invite the waiter to a conference call,
an opportunity meeting, or even set an appointment
to visit with your sponsor in person or via a
three-way call.

Maybe you could just give the waiter a CD to listen
to on his way home.

Or, just give the waiter your “One-Minute Presentation”
- and then if he was interested, you could talk more
when the waiter had a break.

So try using:

Today I’m going to be talking with you about some very crucial and fundamental principles to creating wealth within your life time, and I’m also going to focus specifically on using TECHNOLOGIES like the Internet to do it.

YouTube broke RECORDS when it went from $0 to $1.65 Billion with a capital B in only a year and a half. Mark Zuckerberg just became the world’s youngest BILLIONAIRE at age 23. And more stories like these are being created on a da ily basis.

But what most people don’t know, is that there are A LOT more people creating wealth within technology then just the poster boys. Last year alone, there were literally over 1,000 brand new millionaires that were created on the internet. In fact, there are literally an endless amount of ways that people can start creating more wealth for themselves working Completely from home and needing nothing more then this computer you see in front of you.

In this report, I’m going to begin to open your eyes to those possibilities, and share with you what I know best about how to start doing it.

You see, wealth creation is a multi- part job in my perspective. I KNOW that no matter what medium you are creating wealth in…your MINDSET is always going to play a crucial role. 2. Conversion.

When you learn how to generate traffic to any website you choose…you can literally manifest hungry buyers for whatever you’re offering at will.

When you learn how to ‘Convert’ those prospects into customers, business partners, or whatever else you want…you can literally create money at will.

That 2 part combo right there is how EVERY SINGLE website online makes its money. Traffic and conversion.

The neat thing is, there are literally MILLIONS of things you can promote, or businesses you can build, where those two key fundamentals come into play. Take me for example, I am building a business right now that pays me VERY lucrative commissions on all the sales I make, and business partners I bring in.

And this isn’t like the old school ML.M days you might know about already. This isn’t me chasing around friends and family, or doing anything like that trying to get people interested in my business. This is me using REAL internet marketing principles to grow my business like a science and build huge income streams because of it.

For me, I just CAN’T take seriously the idea of working on ANYTHING that has an income ceiling.

If the work and energy I put in can not make me as much money as I want to make…then I can’t even fathom thinking about working on that project the rest of my life. What I LOVE about what I do now…is that there is literally NO income ceiling. The work I put in has the potential to pay me an ever increasing amount…with literally no end in sight.

That’s what’s so beautiful about running your own business and being an entrepreneur. And that’s what I can show you more how to do of today. You see, when you decide you want MORE for yourself by going after your goals in life…there are specific action steps you can take everyday to make that happen.

How Network Marketing Works ?

Some people believe that network marketing really doesn’t work. To put it lightly, they’re WRONG. I am going to take the next few minutes to explain to you why network marketing will always work so that the next time someone takes the time to tell you that network marketing doesn’t work you explain to them how misinformed they truly are.

Here is why Network Marketing will ALWAYS work:

Even in a strong economy people will ALWAYS need supplemental income:

The truth is most people live pay check to pay check. They aren’t able to buy the nice things that they want for themselves and their families. There is and will always be a constant DEMAND for more money. Network marketing is a simple, part time and low risk way for full time workers to fill this need. To put it simply, as long as people need money network marketing will ALWAYS be there to fill that need.

People will ALWAYS want freedom from jobs they don’t enjoy:

Despite what you may think, there are people out there that truly don’t enjoy their job. They go to work because they have to and not because they want to. Network marketing offers a promise of true wealth freedom. The ability to leave the 9 to 5 working world. This freedom will ALWAYS be to tempting to pass up. People will ALWAYS want more free time to do with as they
please:

Did you know in a past poll conducted by Money magazine that 64% of American men and 68% of American women polled said
that if they had a choice between more money and more time off they would choose the time? People covet their free time. Network marketing offers the promise of working from home and making your own hours. Again, the opportunity to create free time will ALWAYS draw people to network marketing.

Conclusion:

As long as people crave time, moeny and freedom network marketing will ALWAYS exist.

The next time that someone tries to tell you that network marketing doesn’t work you know that they couldn’t be more
wrong.

All you have to is ask your accuser 1 of 3 questions:

Do you want more money?
Do you want freedom from your job?
Do you want more time?
