Network Marketing Reports #4

“How to set up a Simple System” for your Network Marketing business.

If you wish to build a large business you need to have a simple system to duplicate to your organization. Why is a System important? Take a look at McDonalds and KFC…they have excellent system in place and their business is global.

Having a System ensures that all your team members have a roadmap to follow. There is no confusion and everyone in the team will be doing the same thing. If your Upline leader have an existing system then just plug into it. Here are some pointers to setting up a good system. The whole idea is to have an excellent duplication system.

1. There must be a SYSTEM in place

The system will cover the ways of doing the business. This includes:

- presentation materials
- pre-approach packs (brochures, flyers, testimonials, Cds,
- name cards
- training materials
- seminars and boot camps
- tools and resources
- others

2. The System must be SIMPLE to follow

This is crucial if you want to build a large organization. Everyone in the team should be able to follow the system. This includes those who are not highly educated like house maids, housewives, students, etc.

When talking about the products, do not be too technical. Think about it…a house maid should be able to follow and duplicate the system.

We are in the business of building a Network of business builders and NOT in the business of training salesmen to salesman. Therefore sell more of the dreams rather than the products!

3. The System must be the SAME

This is extremely important. Look at McDonalds as an example. Do you see that everything they do is the same where ever the outlets are located?

So make sure that everything in the system is similar where ever it is being used. This includes the presentation materials, the tools and resources, etc.

When there is uniformity there is no confusion and the organization can grow easily.

4. FOLLOW the System

When a system is in place make sure that everyone in the organization are trained to follow it and duplicate it down the organization.

I cannot over stress the importance of having a System. If you want to build a large organization, then you need to have an effective system that can easily be duplicated. That is all for this session. I’ll see you in the next session on “The System Solution Factors”.

“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for
changing them.”
